"Sunshine Human". "The Beloved Youngest Daughter". "Hothouse Flower". Thanks to her gentle, bright personality and an adorable appearance that wins over everyone she meets, Juwon has earned nicknames like those above and enjoys a vibrant, popular campus life. However, the reality is quite the opposite. Every day at sunset, the place she heads to is a nursing hospital on the outskirts of the city. There, she finds her mother — who is waiting for death — and herself: a short-tempered daughter caring for her. Juwon is currently maintaining a grueling double life to fulfill her mother's final wish: to be surrounded by plenty of people in her final days. Meanwhile, in stark contrast to Juwon, there is Hangyeol — a student living as a total loner after returning to school. Despite his handsome looks, his intimidating aura and taciturn personality keep everyone at a distance, leaving him to lead a solitary college life. Then, one day... the two cross paths in a hospital room. And Hangyeol appears in the guise of a "Magical Girl" — clad in a loud, tight-fitting pink character T-shirt, sporting twin "apple-top" ponytails adorned with colorful hairpins, and even wielding a magic wand. It turns out that Hangyeol, just like Juwon, was there to care for a sick younger sister. Having stumbled upon each other's secrets — and simultaneously formed a "caregiving alliance" — the two embark on a precarious double life balancing their campus days with their caregiving duties!
